Founded in 1987, Castellroig produces some of the best Cava in Spain, well recognized by world critics and magazines. Castellroig Cava is identified as unique creations of limited production. Base wines of each three traditional varieties are vinified separately. Thorough tasting and selection for their blending is carried out to undergo the traditional cava method. Freshness and an ageing period minimum of 40 months characterizes this cava.
