Matured in French Oak Barrel for 8 months before careful blending. - A lovely bright nose that invites you in. - A complex array of aromas, Mataro gives dark cherry, fennel, and earth, Grenache adding spice and citrus/bergamot with Shiraz adding hints of dark chocolate. - The palate is juicy and fleshy with lovely fruit sweetness. Mataro tannins are the textural tannin that we gives the wine balance. -
