MOILLARD是勃根地酒區的著名酒莊早於1850成立，釀造傳統及高品質的勃根地葡萄酒。Les Bouchots 葡萄園位於夏隆丘 (Côte Chalonnaise)南端，4 村莊 (Buxy, Montagny-lès-Buxy, Jully-lès-Buxy and St. Vallerin)也享有 Montagny 稱號，只生產白葡萄酒。人手採摘，傳統釀造，橡木桶中發酵及陳釀12個月。
