– 陳釀12個月，7成橡木桶（3成法國新橡木桶）及 3成雙耳瓶
– 酒體呈現深邃的寶石紅色，邊緣泛著鮮豔的紫色
– 香氣融合了成熟的紅李子、肉桂及和雪鬆芬芳。
– 口感飽滿、滑順、多汁，帶有李子果味道
– 酒體輕盈，單寧細膩，略帶緊緻感，餘韻略帶甘味。
– 酒精度均衡，酸度清新，餘韻悠長清爽
– 12 months of ageing in 70% barrels (30% new French oak) plus 30% amphorae
– Deep, dark, almost opaque ruby red color with a vivid purple rim.
– Aromas of ripe red-plum, cinnamon spice & cedar.
– On the palate, the wine displays plum fruit, juicy texture and smooth mouthfeel
– Light-bodied with fine tannins giving a little grip & some bitterness towards the finish.
– Alcohol is well in balance, acidity is fresh & the wine has a long, lean finish.
