MOILLARD是勃根地酒區的著名酒莊早於1850成立，釀造傳統及高品質的勃根地葡萄酒。馬沙內被譽為“夜丘區的黃金大門”，是一個村莊產區，Marsannay產區涵蓋了舍諾夫（Chenôve）, 馬爾薩奈拉科特（Marsannay-la-Côte）及 庫謝（Couchey）。傳統釀酒工藝，在低溫桶中發酵以保留香氣，木桶陳釀總 8 至 16 個月，定期攪拌以獲得深度和複雜性。 2至3成為新木桶。
MOILLARD, A BIG NAME IN BURGUNDY since 1850.. AOP Marsannay considered as the “Golden Gate of the Côte de Nuits”, the appellation Marsannay covers the villages of Chenôve, Marsannay-la-Côte and Couchey. Traditional vinification, fermentation in barrels at low temperature to preserve aromas.
