創立自2004年，Le Vigne di Alice專注釀造頂級意大利氣泡酒，短短數年已成爲產區明星酒莊之一。酒莊單一葡萄園佳釀，結合最新科技和傳統理念，展現最精湛的釀造技藝，不銹鋼桶數據化恆溫發酵，酒渣陳釀期約60至75天，再經60天二次發酵。
Founded in 2004, Le Vigne di Alice is a premium Prosecco producer and has become a rising star in just a few years. A single vineyard sparkling wine, static settling of juice, fermentation at 18°-20°C, remains on the lees for a period from 60 to 75 days. Pressurization in steel tank, charmat method. Refermentation for around 60 days at 18°-20°C.

意大利氣泡酒最高級別，酒莊單一葡萄園佳作；清澈悅目，氣泡綿密持久；釋放清爽且細緻的青蘋果、麵包等濃郁香氣，節慶派對必飲之選
Really nice, fresh, sherbetty fruit. Light, long. Cool restraint on the nose, soft with floral tones and apple. Smooth palate, creamy but quite neutral, typicity toasty characters.
