The 15th century Chateau de Corcelles is an exceptional site in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, listed as a Historical Monument since 1927. It has 92 hectares of vines, produces Beaujolais-Villages and Brouilly in its signature bottle. "Rosé d'une nuit" gets its name from its vinification. To keep the pale pink colour, the maceration has to be short and so doesn't allow the winemaker to get a full night's sleep. Kept in stainless steel vats; slow fermentation with low temperatures gives delicate fruitiness.
Delicate fruits in the bouquet with notes of white flowers; freshness and roundness in the mouth; serve chilled at around 9-10°C
