Registration
You need to first register as a user, and to sign in whenever you need to make any purchase at our website.  Register in RedWineVillage.com is easy and FREE.
Click Login at the top right corner of Home Page, or click into Member at the Home Page, then choose Register Now!  at the right hand side of the screen page, fill in the requested information.   Check your email for a registration email from us, and then follow the instructions in the email to confirm your registration and complete the registration process.
Login after you successfully be a user, click into Login on the top right corner of the screen page.

Step 1:  Browse – Find the wine you want
There are a few ways to locate the wine you want. 

By Category
In the Home Page, on the left hand side of the screen is the categories of wine.  You can click on them and the sub-category will open, and the wine within that sub-category will be displayed. 

By the Search function
You can find the Search function in the left hand side of the Home Page. Search the item by entering a short description or word of what you are looking for, and choose from Title & Description (enter a short description or word) or Listing# (enter the listing number if you already know the product’s listing number in our website) or User (enter a user name if you already know the seller/provider’s name of the product).  Where you get a list of results that includes a lot of information about each item.

Step 2:  Buying – Purchase your selected wine:
All Price per items are fixed priced per bottle.  

After you select the wine you confirmed to purchase, click into the item and then click “Buy Now”.

It will automatically lead you to the bottom of the screen page.  Click in the quantity you want, and click onto the “Buy Now” box.  If you submit this purchase you will enter into a legally binding contract.

For any Pre-Order purchase, you are requested to fill in the Account Registration Form, and a proper Order Form.  The forms are located under the “Pre-Order” section, simply print out the forms and fill in the required information and fax or email return to us for processing.  Our sales team will contact you upon received your order within the next working day.  If you do not receive our email or call within the next working day (Monday to Friday), please call to us at +852 27518568 to ensure we received your order.

Step 3:  Payment and Shipping:
There are different payment methods.  Please contact the seller directly on this. (Using  Ask the seller a question); or contact us at +852 27518568 (Phone enquiry hours: Monday – Friday 0900 – 1730 except Public Holidays).

  • Enter your contact and personal information
  • Enter your valid email address as a user I.D. for future Sign In use, also we/the seller will use email to notify you when you've purchased an item and to find out shipping and payment options from sellers.
  • Read and accept the Red Wine Village Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
  • Check your email for a registration email from Red Wine Village, and then follow the instructions in the email to confirm your registration and complete the registration process.

Buying
All items are buy immediately at the fixed priced.  It is the item “Buy Now” price.
Follow the step by step instruction above to select the wine you want to purchase and complete the sale.   Our sales team will contact you afterwards for necessary steps to place your order.

Payment Methods
We accept different payment methods.  Before you purchase an item (use the “Buy Now”), make sure that the seller's payment options will work for you. If you have questions about payment options, you should contact the seller directly.  Orders cannot be reserved or guaranteed prior to full payment settled.  Please contact the seller directly on this. (Using Ask the seller a question)

How do I search for a wine?
There are a few ways to locate the wine you want. By Category, by Search in Home Page.   Check details in HELP Menu.

How much is the shipping cost?
Most of the items’ shipping cost is included (vessel from France to Hong Kong) in the unit price within Hong Kong except for “En Primeur” Wines. For all other destinations or quantities ship outside Hong Kong, please check with us. Please check details in the DESCRIPTION part at the bottom when you click into any item.   Hong Kong local delivery cost is excluded.

How much is the Local Delivery cost?
We offer free local delivery for existing stock purchased in our retail stores over HK$1,000.  For “Pre-Ordering” orders, there will be a charge of HK$100 per one single destination delivery within city area (extra charge for Tung Chung, Lantau & Outlying Islands)  Extra charge if stairs are involved, please check with us.  Or you may choose self pick up at no cost in our retail stores after the order arrived.

I purchased an item but no longer want to buy it, what should I do?
“Buy Now” purchase on RedWineVillage.com website is considered a contract and you are obligated to purchase the item.  However, if you make a mistake, please contact us/the seller immediately and see whether you can work something out to both of your satisfaction.

How long do I have to wait for the items to be shipped?
The amount of time it takes for an item to arrive often depends on the shipping method. When you have purchased the item, the seller will let you know how long you should expect to wait.
It may also take additional time if you paid for the item with certain payment methods. Sellers may wait to receive your payment, for the payment to clear, or both before they ship your item.
If your item is taking longer to reach you than you’d expected, you can contact the seller and ask about the shipment.
You can always ask the seller of how much the additional shipping costs are (if not specified in the DESCRIPTION part of the item).  Shipping costs should vary since there are different ways of shipping the item from its origin.  Please check the DESCRIPTION part at the bottom when you click into any item. 

How do I contact the seller?
When you click into any item you are interested in, not only you will find the details of such item but also “Ask the seller a question”, you may enter your comments or questions.   Please provide with your sufficient & accurate contact numbers and email to reach you.

Press help at the top right hand corner to get into Help Menu.  You can also click “Contact” at the bottom of the screen page to send us email.
